Expertise, benevolence, and pedagogy: the three keys to success

The LMDL team has chosen to regularly strengthen its skills in risk management as it is a strategic and cross-disciplinary service line. Thus, each consultant regularly enriches his skills through trainings (internal and external), missions, and structuring of internal methods. While all employees are concerned, 4 consultants are more specifically in charge of carrying out and managing this type of missions. They have all passed the ISO 37001 Auditor training exam. Beyond their knowledge of the standard, they have proven teaching skills and valuable qualities to ensure that the missions always have positive impacts.

LMDL, an ISO 37001 certified consulting firm

LMDL undertook a voluntary certification process and implemented an anti-bribery management system, convinced that ethics must be at the core of its missions. LMDL has been ISO 37001 certified since 2021, proving the effectiveness of its system over time.

Claire ARTERO

Claire started her career at PwC, where she first developed a financial expertise in developing Medium-Term Plans and Business Models for different public or private organisations.

She is convinced that if technicity is a key success factor, it is not sufficient for the performance of an organisation. Indeed, after acquiring this strong financial expertise, Claire shifted more towards organisational analysis, risk management, and internal control structuring, because what matters to her above all, is a team performance more than one of a function!

Whether in organisational analysis, risk management or structuring, the human and ethical aspects are always her top concern!

Marie joined Le Management des Liens in 2019 with the goal to support the company’s clients in carrying out their projects.
As part of her missions, Marie actively contributed to an internal structuring project aiming to obtain ISO 37001 certification.

She indeed participated in the development of LMDL corruption risk mapping and its anti-bribery programme. She then undertook and validated the ISO 37001 Auditor training to enhance her knowledge on the subject.
